Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. If you receive damaged merchandise, you must notify the shipping agent as soon as possible (UPS, FEDEX), or do not accept shipment. We will not accept damaged or used goods, or accept a package that has not been pre-approved by our staff. A RESTOCKING FEE OF 25% MAY BE CHARGED ON RETURNS, SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, SHIPMENTS RETURNED OR REFUSED INCUR SHIPPING CHARGES. If received by free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred when shipping the items will be deducted from your refund. The same goes for flat rate shipping orders.

Canceled & Returned Orders:
We understand sometimes things change and you no longer need what you ordered. However, unfortunately, payment processors have recently instituted a policy where we no longer get our payment processing fees back as a result of a canceled or returned order. Due to this change, we will not be allowed to return 2.9% of your order total.
